Right of Return:

Product may be returned subject to prior approval from Wöhler UK, only if in new and unused condition and within 14 days of shipment date from Wöhler uk. Returned goods are subject to a mandatory, prepaid, restocking fee of 20% and must be returned freight pre-paid and insured.
Prices and price changes:

All prices are quoted in UK pounds and exclude VAT, postage or shipment costs. Prices are subject to change without notice or recourse.

Payment:

Payments in full for goods are due before shipment is authorised. Repair and service orders must be paid prior to return of goods. For your convenience we accept Direct Debit cards, VISA and MasterCard payments over the telephone. Alternatively cheques made payable to Wohler UK are also accepted.
