Partnership and continuous, intensive dialogue with our market partners from the specialist trade are a tradition at Wöhler. With the Wöhler Power Partner Programme, we offer our directly purchasing specialist tradespeople not only tailor-made technology that also offers optimum benefits for future requirements, but also further exclusive services to strengthen their position in the market in the long term. Accordingly, the rules for participation in the Wöhler Power Partner Programme are designed in such a way that fair cooperation is a matter of course.
Valid from 1 January 2025:
1. membership
A)By registering as a Wöhler Power Partner, hereinafter referred to as Power Partner, the participating specialist trade business recognises the following conditions of participation.
B) Membership of the Wöhler Power Partner Programme is voluntary. In principle, any specialised trade company based in Germany or Austria that purchases Wöhler products directly from Wöhler Technik GmbH and does not resell them can become a member. The Power Partner is always the company. In the case of legal entities, the respective company decides at the time of registration which natural person (managing director, authorised signatory, employee, etc.) can use the services of the Power Partner Programme.
C) To participate in the programme, the Power Partner issues a SEPA direct debit authorisation so that a membership fee of €94 plus VAT is debited from the Power Partner's account each calendar year. A corresponding SEPA direct debit authorisation must be issued with the declaration of membership. Membership is automatically extended by one calendar year unless cancelled in writing by 30 November of the current calendar year. If a customer account is not covered by direct debit, we reserve the right to charge the customer a flat-rate fee of €15. Invoices are generally sent by e-mail (if no delivery is made).
D) Membership can be cancelled in writing by the Power Partner at any time, but no later than one month before the end of the year. Power Partners may cancel without notice for good cause. The membership fee collected will not be refunded.
E) Cancellation by Wöhler is only possible subject to a reasonable notice period, unless the cancellation is for good cause. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. benefits of the Power Partner Programme
A)Once the membership fee has been debited, the Power Partner is entitled to make use of the services of the Wöhler Power Partner Programme.
B) Special discounts: Power Partners receive an exclusive special discount of 10 % on the list and promotional prices of the devices as well as 10 % on classroom training courses and 30 % discount on online training courses offered by Wöhler Technik GmbH. These discounts are deducted directly when the invoice is issued and shown accordingly on the invoice.
C) Start-ups: Wöhler offers targeted support for start-ups. In addition to the special discounts, there is a 5% discount on the first order, special payment terms and up to 2 free membership years.
D) Special right of return: Power Partners can test new devices for 10 days after purchase to ensure that they meet their requirements. If you don't like the device, Wöhler will take it back slightly used, undamaged and packaged and refund the purchase price. We offer Power Partners this opportunity exclusively up to three times a year for the following products: Wöhler A 450 and Wöhler A 550 exhaust gas analysers, the Wöhler VIS500 inspection camera and the M 603 pressure gauge. In this case, the Power Partner only bears the costs for any repairs that may be required if the device is damaged.
E) Special services: In the event of service, the Power Partner receives a 5% discount on repair costs, both on spare parts and on labour costs. Furthermore, the Wöhler Power Partner receives the Smart service package free of charge. There is a loaner pool for many Wöhler appliances. If available, Power Partners can access this pool at a 30% discount in the event of service or bottlenecks or receive a device from the loaner pool free of charge for a maximum of 5 working days for 80 points.
F) Power points: You collect points with every purchase at Wöhler, with the exception of returnable items. Up to a net purchase value of €300, you receive 1 point for every €50 or part thereof; from €300, you receive 1 point for every €30 or part thereof; from €600, you receive 1 point for every €25 or part thereof; from €1,000, you receive 1 point for every €20 or part thereof. From a purchase value of € 2,500, a total of 125 points are awarded and an additional 1 point for every € 50 or part thereof for everything over € 2,500. The Wöhler Power Partner also receives points with the annual fee. If a purchase contract for which the member has been allocated one or more points is cancelled (conversion, contract cancellation, exchange, etc.), as well as in the event of incorrect bookings and misuse, Wöhler will cancel the corresponding points. Points are always rounded up when calculating points. The points collected can be exchanged for certain services in accordance with the service catalogue. The current catalogue of services can be viewed at www.powerpartner.woehler.de. Power points expire 18 months after the date of the entitlement voucher if they are not utilised. Points cannot be paid out. The current points balance can be requested from Wöhler or viewed on invoices etc. or at www.woehler.de in the user account. The user account also shows which points will expire next.
G) Payment by instalments: Power Partners can take advantage of 0% financing over 5 months from a purchase value of €1,000. The first instalment amount is debited after receipt of the delivery, the others one month later.
H) Personal support: For all matters relating to the Wöhler Power Partner Programme, members can contact the Wöhler Power Partner Head Office during normal Wöhler business hours by telephone on +49 2953 73-222 or by e-mail at [email protected].
3. data protection
A)Wöhler may collect, process and use all Power Partner data insofar as this data is necessary for the implementation of membership in the Wöhler Power Partner Programme, including its content.
B) If necessary for the implementation of the benefits and services of the Power Partner Programme, Wöhler is entitled to pass on the corresponding member-related data to cooperation partners of the Wöhler Power Partner Programme.
C) By registering for the Wöhler Power Partner Programme, the Power Partner agrees that their data may be processed and used by Wöhler for marketing campaigns, in particular for mailings, e-mail marketing, birthday vouchers and for market research purposes.
D) No data will be passed on to address dealers or comparable institutions.
E) Power Partners can revoke their consent to 3c in accordance with § 28 paragraph 3 of the Federal Data Protection Act at any time by written declaration to Wöhler with effect for the future.
4. changes
a)The Power Partner shall report any changes to the address or bank details provided in the registration, including the issue of an updated direct debit authorisation for the settlement of all payment obligations to Wöhler Technik GmbH, to the Wöhler Power Partner head office immediately in writing or by telephone.
b) Wöhler Technik GmbH reserves the right to discontinue, amend or change the Wöhler Power Partner Programme in whole or in part, subject to a reasonable period of notice or, if there is an important reason, without such notice, while reasonably safeguarding the interests of the Power Partner.

c) Wöhler Technik GmbH also reserves the right to amend or supplement these conditions of participation in whole or in part if and insofar as this is necessary in the interests of simple and secure processing and in particular to prevent abuse.
d) The Power Partners will be notified of changes to these General Terms and Conditions of Participation and shall be deemed to have approved them if they do not cancel within one month of receipt of the notification in accordance with Section 1d or if they already use the Wöhler customer number to obtain a Wöhler service within this period. The Power Partners will be informed of this separately in the notification.
5. miscellaneous
a)Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after entry into the Wöhler Power Partner Programme, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that usually comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision in a legally effective manner. The above provisions shall apply accordingly in the event that the conditions of participation prove to be incomplete.
b) Deliveries and services shall be provided while stocks last and a binding assurance or written order confirmation is expressly given. The general terms and conditions of Wöhler Technik GmbH shall apply.
c) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships in connection with participation in the Wöhler Power Partner Programme.
d) The place of jurisdiction is Paderborn.
