SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery is made at the customer's expense to the delivery address specified by the customer. For shipments with our parcel service provider DPD within UK and Isle of Man, we charge a flat rate of 10 GBP per Parcel and 15 GBP per Parcel to Northern Ireland.
Channel Islands and Offshore Islands are not delivered from UK, please contact us for further information.

TRANSFER OF THE GOODS:

The risk is transferred to the buyer with the handover to the parcel service or carrier. If the shipment is delayed for reasons within the sphere of influence of the purchaser or his vicarious agents, the risk shall already pass to the purchaser on the day of readiness for shipment.

We grant a full right of return on our catalog goods within 14 days after delivery. The prerequisite for this is that the item in question is in perfect, as-new condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This does not apply to custom-made products such as chimney tops.

The symbol of the crossed-out trash can indicates that this electrical or electronic device may not be disposed of in household trash at the end of its service life, but must be taken for separate collection by the end user. 

If this is possible without destroying the old electrical or electronic device, please remove old batteries or rechargeable batteries from it before returning it for disposal and take them to a separate collection. If the old electrical or electronic equipment contains personal data, you are responsible for deleting it yourself before returning it.
