If your device needs to be serviced / repaired / calibrated by a Wohler Technician, here’s what you need to do.
- Complete our online Service RMA Form
- Please make sure all your details are filled out correctly so we can contact you easily
- Submit the form and you will receive a pdf copy
- Print out a copy of the completed RMA form and package up your device and send both the form and device to Wohler UK Headquarters - Wohler UK Ltd, G1 Lincoln House, Lincoln Way, Sherburn in Elmet, LS25 6PJ
Things to remember
- If your device is still under warranty, please also attach your proof of purchase (e.g. invoice).
- Before sending us your device please ensure all measurement data is stored on your PC.
- Please enclose a copy of your RMA form when you return the device to us.
